Dear Google Workspace Support,

Thank you for your reply. I am slowly getting quite frustrated as I have already explained the issue multiple times and have not received a helpful response in four or five emails.

Let me summarize the situation again and kindly request your support:

I created a Google Workspace account using my domain sri-aurobindo.org and the corresponding email address mail@sri-aurobindo.org to participate in the Google Workspace Non-Profit program. I was approved by Google for this program. However, I discovered that the previously created Google Workspace account with these details could not be converted into a Google Non-Profit account. Instead, I needed to create a new Workspace account.

Therefore, I deleted the old Google Workspace account to create a new one. When I now try to do this, I receive a message stating that the domain is still in use. However, this is not the case, as the relevant account has already been deleted.

I would like to create a new Workspace Non-Profit account with the domain sri-aurobindo.org and the email address mail@sri-aurobindo.org. I kindly request your assistance.

The links that I have received so far have unfortunately been of no help. I cannot verify the domain (this is not possible as the relevant Google Workspace account no longer exists), nor has the following link been helpful, as it only leads to the message stating that the domain will be taken over:
